Job Description :

- Leadership role within the Financial Services Consulting Practice at L&T Infotech.

- Strong understanding of Indian Retail Banking operations & regulations along with basic understanding of retail banking operations and regulations in US, UK, European markets with especial focus on following domain areas - Retail Liability Banking functions like Clearing Inward-Outward-RTGS-NEFT etc.CashDD, PO Entrie sVoucher Posting Accounting Entries Branch P&L Branch Daily Reports ATM Operations Daily RBI Reporting etc.

- Other important retail banking domains like Payments domestic & overseas both Cash Management Services KYC, Customer Onboarding Retail Asset Banking functions like Loan Lifecycle Origination Operations and Repayment with at least one products hands on experience Asset Pricing Concepts like RWA Asset Reconstruction etc Regulatory reporting & compliances RBI Regulation sAML EFRM Base II, III Anti-FraudFATCA Risk & Fraud Management Risk & Fraud Management Strategies, Latest FRAUD prevention concepts & laws,CIBIL

- Driving business growth of Retail Banking practice through solutions, use cases and offerings across geographies.

- Experience with both Global and Local products from leading vendors such as CBS Finacle Flexcube TemenosMysis,LMS Finon eRSystemSAP, Experian, SAS is preferred.

- Building Partnership Alliances with solution partners, client and industry associations

Expectations :

- Driving Revenue generation Business growth through Transformational consulting in Retail Banking

- Branding Brand building through Industry knowledge and relationships with analysts community, participation in events & forums Engage with players in the Banking ecosystems, partners, clients, industry associations and regulators to drive high end KPO consulting practice.

- Solutions, Use Cases Identify and build repository of relevant solution ideas, use cases, business case and roadmaps for customer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage Management Advisory projects including large scale Banking transformation, system implementation and process improvement projects.

- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior and executive level client stakeholders.

- Build, Manage, mentor, and train Consultants and Senior Consultants, SMEs in Retail Banking domain.

- Build artifacts, IPs, solutions as part of competency and solution building in the emerging areas such as Advanced Analytics, BigData, FinTech,RPA, Machine Learning Run Customer workshops through thought leadership and Industry expertise.

- Proactively identify and jointly Identify business development opportunities, build use cases, new solution ideas and help implement them for clients.

- Engage in Banking eco-system with clients, partners, industry associations and regulators

- Skills & Qualifications General domain understanding of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate banking processes

- Has experience in strategizing and leading the delivery of banking transformation programs for both business and technology initiatives Experience in implementation of techno-functional solutions, 3rd party products in retail banking space Strong negotiation and problem solving skills with leadership quality & proven capacity to direct, to influence and to motivate a large team Strong presentation, organizational, communication oral and written skills

- Understanding of the Global delivery models and technology concepts

- Experience 5 or more years of relevant experience in driving business growth, implementing IT solutions in Retail Banking space Ten or more 10 years of experience consulting advisory in various aspects of Banking with a focus on large scale Retail Banking transformation projects with proven experience in a senior leadership role

- Excellent client relationship building capability skills willing to provide senior top level client references

- B.S B.Tech, MBA, CFA or CA qualification with FRMPRM certification will be a plus Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

- Participation in industry seminars, conferences, blogs, committees, thought leadership is a plus.
