Role Description
Job Purpose
- Conceptualise and execute Learning & Development initiatives
- Conceptualise engagement initiatives and execute the same in the Corporate Office
- Drive internal communications relating to the HR domain
Primary Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning :
- Talent Strategy and Planning
- Draft Talent management strategy and plan and have it reviewed by Head-HR and Top Management
Budgeting :
- Draft the annual Talent Management (including T&D budget) budget
- Support the Head, HR & Administration in creation of the annual HR budget
Operations :
Manage Career Development and Growth :
- Define career policy and career paths in terms of responsibilities and skills/competencies/critical behavioral attributes
- Encourage growth and career advancement by developing both the technical and management skills
- Provide inputs into the annual promotion cycle as per policy
Learning and Development :
- Identify the training needs arising out of organizational growth, leadership development initiatives, succession plans, career plans and PMS & IDP
- Design and develop the training/development interventions arising out of the various training need identification tools
- Interact and establish relationships with external vendors, consultants, training organizations to partner on training and development needs
- Support the units on need-based training requirements not included in the annual plan
- Design an effective Corporate Induction Program
- Ensure a smooth and effective Induction of all new joiners at the Corporate Office and Managers and above at other locations
Employee Engagement :
- Use inputs from various organisational forums, to identify HR interventions that can enhance organizational effectiveness and drive such initiatives as projects
- Build a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction
Internal Communications :
- Prepare and release timely organisational announcements
Implementation Adherence :
- Support the Unit HR Head in the implementation of OD and Engagement initiatives
- Conduct periodic process audit at the Units to ensure consistent implementation and take corrective action as required
Internal Customer Satisfaction :
- Drive feedback collection from all functions to gauge levels of internal customer satisfaction with the department and draw action plans, as necessary
Financial and Control :
Budgeting :
- Monitor budgetary adherence to the allocated budget and take corrective action, if required
- Drive the development of Manpower plans for the team to ensure adequate manpower for the team

Job Specifications :
- Desired Qualification MBA (HR/PMIR)
- Desired Experience 8-10 years of total experience, of which last 2-3 years in a L&D role with a leading organization
