Job Description:
Manage trade marketing plans and campaigns
To conduct weekly review of competition products & pricing.
Identifying and developing new opportunities through market research and communication feedback
Brand Marketing Strategies & Plans-Creative,Media,Promotion
Developing and creating the Brand Plans, Launch Plans and communication plans.
Drive- brand- strategy and marketing initiatives to achieve targets of consumer awareness, trials & usership in order to build- brand- equity and- brand- health.
Develop & implement regionwise retailers & DB incentive programme
Claim settlement process & arranging provision & ensure the payouts
Ensuring sustained increase in Secondary Sales range & reach
Maximize participation of retailers under Retailer bonding programme
Impart training to SOs and DSMs
Partner the Regions in executing their Business Plans
Analyze- Market- Constructs and recommend Customer Acquisition and Retention Initiatives
Instore Promoter & Merchandiser plan
Take 4 cities / markets per month and ensure execution of POS material and visibility as per plan
