Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Micro LAP/MFI/NBFC roles.

- Manage large-scale recruitment initiatives, including campus drives and collaborations with placement agencies.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's workforce needs.

- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.

- 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Micro LAP/MFI/NBFC sector.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment drives.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
