Assistant Manager - Learning & Development
- To develop Annual Learning Plan and budget and execute the same.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs with emphasis on optimal usage of company' digital tools.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs on periodic manner.
- Facilitate /Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training , e-learning courses).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Executive/ Training Executive in any industry.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Two-year full-time Post Graduation in Business administration in HR and Graduation is preferred to be in Engineering or Psychology or a related field.
