This is a strategic leadership role to enhance the brand value of LSI Group. The incumbent is required to
1. Prepare research reports using macro economic research on various industry sectors
2. Design and prepare marketing collaterals
3. Various presentations
4. Collaborate with various industrial associations for attending corporate events
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Research
- Conduct in-depth analysis of economic and industry data to curate LSI's knowledge books and reports
- Initiate and lead comprehensive research to provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, economic indicators, socio-political factors, competitor activities, and environmental factors relevant to LSI's focus areas.
2. Knowledge Books
- Lead the content development process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and relevance of research-based publications
- Craft thought-provoking articles, whitepapers, coffee-table books, reports etc.
3. Branding and Communication
- Create content for marketing collateral, website, social media, and other communication channels.
- Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives that enhance LSI's visibility and reputation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding efforts with organizational goals
4. Collaboration with Industrial Associations
- Establish, nurture and deepen relationships with renowned industrial associations, including CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, PHD Chambers of Commerce & Industry, ICC, etc.
- Represent LSI at industry events, conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance networking opportunities
- Liaison between LSI and these associations, collaborate and coordinate joint initiatives, events, etc
Knowledge :
- Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the advisory services industry, including various types of reports, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Market Research: Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research to gather relevant data and insights for accurate advisory reports.
- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial concepts, including cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling related to advisory reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial associations, economic trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.
- Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying abreast of industry developments.
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
