Talent Acquisition
- Initiating process of annual Manpower budgeting; reviewed manpower requirements and developing Industry specific manning norms and profiles
- Benchmarking manning norms with Industry standards
- Managing the complete talent acquisition life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources as per manpower requirements for PAN India Locations.
- Responsible for Lateral Hiring & Campus Recruitment (Entry Level, Middle Level & Higher Level Hiring)
- Managing and Handling talent acquisition across multiple Functions and Verticals
- Strategic manpower planning for upcoming projects within defined time frames.
- Team management & Leadership Qualities.
- Coordination with team of talent acquisition across sites.
- Watch almost every activity related to talent acquisition and take corrective steps & actions, work allotted according to proper plan, set targets & trying to achieve goals or target effectively and efficiently.
- Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Responsible for Employee verification
Organizational Restructuring:
- Organizational restructuring initiative of all the verticals in line with industry standards and strategic Business goals.
- Analyzing and facilitating exercise for comprehensive review of structure, cadres and salary bands, aligning the same with industry standards.
- Good exposure in team Management.
- Leadership & managerial qualities with analytical skills.
- Ability to grasp technology capabilities and applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desired candidature / Skills:
- Minimum 3/5 yrs of experience in Talent acquisition in any recruitment firm or diversified company and 5 to 10 yrs of experience in manufacturing sector.
- Good administrative quality.
- Ability to quickly understand the needs of situation and take timely actions.
- Leadership qualities for managing team effectively, efficiently and meeting time deadlines.
- Functional Expertise with thorough understanding of business processes, System Exposures.
- Ability to grasp technology capabilities and applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Work Experience:
- Around 6-8 Years (In which 3/5 years in Consultancy.
- Rest in Manufacturing Sector with exposure in Executive Search Firms)
Qualifications required - MBA - HR
