Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Along with the VP, co-lead planning and direction of SEO activities
2. Oversee the translation of SEO strategies and make strategic recommendations based on the clients campaign goals
3. Managing a portfolio of clients alongwith account directors, account managers and executives
4. Provide SEO and content training to the juniors
5. Support business development side of things with proposals creation and presenting them to the prospects
6. Explore opportunities of cross sell and up sell
7. Leverage your understanding of how SEO impacts overall client media mix and directly/indirectly influence top-level business objectives of clients
8. Conduct data analysis of campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approach to improve performance while providing insights and recommendations as appropriate
9. Develop / improve processes for campaign set up, client communication, and more
10. Stay up-to-speed on SEO offerings and implications to clients (policies, insights, restrictions) and be a voice within the agency to our account teams
11. Review client campaigns, monitor existing internal process and improve them, attend monthly, quarterly, and yearly campaign reviews.
Primary Skill (Mandatory Skill) :
1. Experience of 8+ yrs with an agency background
2. Team management experience required
3. In-depth understanding of digital media fundamentals and language
4. Strong SEO technical and content strategy skills
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to articulate SEO ideas, strategies, and tactics to various audiences and cross functional partners
7. Deep experience & understanding with various tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaminfrog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Moz, etc.
Secondary Skill (Optional Skill) :
1. Paid media experience
