Roles and Responsibilities

Team Building and Management:

- Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of media professionals.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement media strategies for existing brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.

- Oversee strategy creation for new pitches, delivering high-quality and impactful presentations.

Client Management:

- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional results.

- Present strategies, campaign reports, and performance insights effectively to clients and internal management.

Campaign Oversight:

- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across various platforms.

- Ensure campaign objectives, KPIs, and deadlines are met efficiently.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Leverage analytics tools to track the performance of media campaigns and generate actionable insights.

- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.

Team Development:

- Train and groom the team to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

- A minimum of 9 years in media and digital marketing roles with a strong focus on team leadership and strategy development.

Technical Proficiency:

- Expertise in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Konnect Insights.

- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms to measure and report campaign performance.

Core Skills:

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Soft Skills:

- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
