Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in marketplace advertising and search engine optimization.

- Strategize and execute campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, and Blinkit.

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to drive project success.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 associates, providing guidance on strategy, campaign execution, and optimization.

- Enhance team efficiency, technical knowledge, and communication skills through active mentorship.

Project Management:

- Manage internal and external projects with robust planning and organizational skills.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and consistency.

- Develop platform-specific strategies using market insights and refine them based on data analysis to maximize ROI.

Client Servicing:

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project goals.

- Provide regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Lead business reviews and maintain strong client relationships.

Primary Skills:

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Proven experience in managing multiple AMS campaigns simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- AMS Certification preferred
