LS Digital - Deputy Vice President - Social & Creative Team

- As the Deputy Vice President, you will lead and grow the Social and Creative teams while managing operations to drive departmental efficiency.

- Based in Navi Mumbai, this full-time role emphasizes strategic revenue growth, client relationship management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operations:

- Provide strategic guidance to ensure project alignment with clients' goals and brand standards.

- Oversee the end-to-end deliverable process, ensuring excellence and innovation.

Department Revenue & Growth:

- Manage departmental revenue with a balanced mix of retainer accounts and projects.

- Drive efforts to secure projects, focusing on EBD and ENBD metrics.

Client Relationship:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and feedback sessions.

- Conduct monthly and quarterly meetings, set up Joint Success Reviews (JSRs), and prioritize client retention.

- Creative Understanding:

- Leverage creative insights to upsell and cross-sell services.

- Collaborate with the creative team to build an impactful creative portfolio.

Mentoring:

- Lead and mentor a diverse team, including client servicing, social media, and creative professionals.

- Encourage teamwork, creativity, and professional development within the team.

- Identify and teach strategies to grow departmental revenue.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 12-16 years of experience, with a strong background in social and creative team operations.

- Proven experience in client relationship management and revenue growth.

- Excellent understanding of branding, creativity, and innovative service offerings.

- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide diverse teams.
