Roles & Responsibilities:

1 Establish and maintain effective communication channels with program managers, project leads, BU heads, integrated media planner, and the resource management team.

2 Attend training and development to ensure positioning of the IDS team as the holistic digital marketing expert across the verticals.

3 Manage budgets for integrated projects, ensuring financial objectives are met

4 Indicate areas of better allocation of resources based on project requirements to ensure optimal utilization to deliver as per the targeted project profitability.

5 Identify potential risks in integrated projects, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans, escalate issues in a timely manner to avoid client attrition.

6 Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.

7 Escalate cases of potential conflicts within the integrated project teams or with stakeholders, to ensure project continuity

8 Highlight contract expiry deadlines to ensure timely renewals.

9 Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of integrated projects as per agreed timelines and milestones.

10 Work closely with client SPOC and keep him/her informed about the project status.

11 Facilitate and ensure collaboration and communication between different BUs, promoting a cohesive approach to integrated project deliver.

Primary Skills (Mandatory):

- Through understanding of Google AdWords and Facebooks Ads platforms

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Project Management, Digital Strategy, Digital Analytics skills

- Experience analyzing data and market research

- Business understanding and resolve to scale

Secondary Skills (Optional):

- Broad understanding of the programmatic landscape

- Preferred working knowledge of third-party Internet marketing research: comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, Similarweb etc

- Preferred Experience with Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital Transformation
