- Drafting letters to Registry and clients (for trademarks and opposition) for correction, amendment, registration, renewal.

- Preparing status report for clients - applications, oppositions.

- Tracking IP watches and coordinating with clients to resolve queries and related tasks.

- Preparing Examination Report Reply.

- Affidavits in support of applications

- Assignment or license deeds

Opposition and Rectification :

- Preparing opposition advices to client and opinion in respect thereof

- Preparing notice of opposition

- Preparing counter-statement

- Preparing evidence in support of opposition

- Preparing evidence in support of application

- Preparing rejoinder affidavit

- Preparing rectification petitions and reply to petitions

- Preparing interlocutory petition and reply to interlocutory petition

- Maintaining record of deadlines

Infringement and cases :

- Preparing advisory for new infringement, alongwith resolving client's queries

- Preparing investigation reports with opinions

- Preparing Cease and Desist Notices

- Preparing Rejoinder

- Preparing Reminder letters

- Preparing Undertaking

- Preparing Plaint
