- Preparing and attending Examination Report Reply.

- Attending Show Cause hearing before the Trademarks Registry

-Preparing Affidavits/Assignments

Opposition and Rectification :

- Preparing notice of opposition/Counter Statements/Evidences

- Preparing interlocutory petition and reply to interlocutory petition

- Maintaining record of deadlines

- Attending hearings before the Trademark Registry

Infringement and cases :

- Preparing advisory for new infringement, along with resolving client's queries

- Preparing investigation reports with opinions

- Preparing Cease and Desist Notices
