Manager - MarCom
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy formulation, Qualitative Research, Media Planning, Media Buying, Negotiations, Product launches, Digital and Social Media marketing
- Conceptualizing, executing and monitoring 360 degree marketing campaigns covering TV, Print, OOH, Digital (SEO, SEM) and Social Media marketing
- Responsible for positioning of the brand, creating brand identity and ensuring all communication is synergistic with the brand.
- Responsible for media, non-media and affiliate partnerships.
- Marketing & Media budgets and ROI owner on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Supporting the management to define the annual goals and targets.
- Data and response analysis.
- Advertising / Media Agencies and vendors co-ordination, planning and monitoring for fulfillment of various activities.
- Visibility and image building through an integrated Public Relations exercise and driving PR agency for monthly deliverables.
Candidate Profile :
Experience :
- Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in handling Brand Marketing Campaigns from scratch
- Expertise in Conceptualizing, executing and monitoring 360 degree marketing campaigns covering ATL (TV, Print, OOH) media
- Expertise in multi-channel Digital and Direct Marketing programs, including SEM, SEO, Social
- Specialties in Brand Communication, Media Planning, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Film Production (Pre & Post)
- Understands numbers and data.
- Project management skills
- Reporting and analytical ability
- Multi-tasking
Qualification : Any Graduate and an MBA in Marketing.
