Manager - Marketing & Communication

Key Objective:

- Assist in the development, design and execution of campaigns to activate, engage, transact and retain bank customers.

- Campaign management, customer engagement, partner engagement, engagement strategy and execution.

- Role requires 30% strategy and 70% execution orientation

Key Responsibilities :

- Liaison with the Partnership Team to understand Partner's / Retail Loyalty program needs and Co - ordinate for campaign schedules

- Responsible for formulating the Marketing Calendar for Partners/Retail Loyalty Programs & managing all Offline and Online Communication

- To identify and enable campaigns along with the Campaigns and Creative team

- Manage all aspects of planning & segmenting of high-volume Direct Mail and SMS Campaigns targeting a diversified customer base

- Measure and enhance campaign efficacy with the help of analytics to gauge campaign success

- Handle and manage BTL campaigns, Events for Partners/Bank loyalty programs

- Work on projects including Digital Marketing, PR, Events

- Assist on a variety of ad-hoc marketing and communication initiatives as needed

- Co-ordination with all other departments to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities

- Planning, scheduling, creating and executing campaigns for program overall and individual partners.

- Campaign review, analysis, agency management. Campaign process management and handling key customer issues.

- Campaign operations SLA management, interact on customer issues with customer service and resolve process related issues. (bonus points SLA, campaign analysis reporting and regular reviews)

- Managing campaign budgets

- To develop marketing communication collaterals to support demand push at P.O.P. (i.e. brand visibility, marketing tools, etc.)

- Creating a strong presence for the Loyalty Program/Campaign in the market

- Project management of key campaigns and program initiatives.

Candidate Profile :

Experience :

- Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in handling Marketing & Campaigns.

People interaction and ability to interface with multiple teams to get the campaigns off the ground. (Business teams, Operations, Analytics, Legal), ability to put together processes and stick to policy and process.

- Good knowledge of B2C communication and direct marketing campaigns.

- Good computer skills. Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders.

- Understands numbers and data.

- Project management skills

- Reporting and analytical ability

- Understanding of Digital Marketing would be an added advantage

- Multi-tasking

Qualification:

- Any Graduate and preferably an MBA from a premium institute in Marketing.
