Manager - Marketing & Campaigns

Key Objective:

- Lead the development, design and execution of marketing campaigns to activate, engage, transact and retain bank customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the planning of high volume, direct mail and SMS campaigns targeting our customers.

- Responsible for creating the campaign calendar.

- Responsible for identifying and honing campaigning targeting along with the analytics team.

- Understanding redemption needs and targets and accordingly developing and executing the campaigns.

- Managing campaign budgets

- Working on customer analytics to gauge campaign success

- Working closely with the relation management team to understand partner needs and coordinate on campaign schedules

- Assist on a variety of ad-hoc marketing and communication initiatives, as needed

- Co-ordination with all other departments to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities

- Ideating on, presenting and executing the best suited campaign.

- Creating a strong presence for the Loylty Program / Campaign in the market.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience

- Preferred sectors are BFSI and eCommerce

- Should have lead a team of campaign executives

- Expert in understanding Email content and optimizing content by A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, Event based campaigns

- Should have good understanding about customer governance framework and its implementation

- Expert in generating Insights and Recommendations from Email & SMS Campaigns

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of Customer Life Cycle Based campaigns with a strong focus on ROI

- Working Knowledge of campaign Management tools like Unica, Portrait Dialogue, Eloqua

- Exposure in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting tools like Google Analytics

- Should be proficient in Excel & SQL

Qualification:

Any Graduate and preferably an MBA from a premium institute in Marketing.
