AVP- Alliances & Fulfillment
Key Objective:
- Develop long term strategic business relationships with clients/vendors
- Drive revenue through innovative channels
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Identify key clients / vendors establish and build effective and productive business relationships with them.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all key clients and communicate on a regular basis with them and internal management team.
Commercials/pricing model
- Understand and build pricing models in line with the financial goals of the organisation
- Add value to the business of the existing clients / vendors and maximize revenue generation
- Drive revenue through innovative channels
- Keep up to date information with developments in the Industry to create innovative solutions to maximise opportunities.
- Possess drive, motivation and attention to details in ensuring all business development opportunities are captured and explored.
Leadership
- Manage Sales and Profitability targets for the business unit.
- Manage Online & Offline business
- Acquisition of new Vendors, 100% retention and development of existing Vendors
- Business planning and strategy towards achievement of business objectives
- Constant Review and Monitoring of team members towards achievement of objectives
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development & Account Management of which at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
- MBA from a Premium Institute
- Good at self management, planning, quick study and prioritising skills
- A strong commitment to customer service.
