Responsibilities (Objective as well as the KPIs) : Own the KPIs for Repeat Business - Revenue, Profits,. Customer Retention
Job Expectations :
- Execute offline and online campaigns for driving repeat sales
- Track and improvise offline execution of campaigns with help from Store teams and Regional Managers
- Keep learning about the changes happening in the realm of online marketing/content and be prompt to make use of the same to
- Understand the key consumers, speak to them regularly and use the learnings to create more efficient communication/campaigns
- Work with the internal creative teams for marketing collaterals/creatives.
- Interact with the engineering team for marketing related changes/improvements
- Execute SMS/Whatsapp/mail communication, Direct Mailers, other interventions to drive repeat walk-ins and sales
- Keep coming up with new ideas and ensure quick trials and testing out of those ideas
Skills :
- Strong understanding of online tools like Webengage, Clevertap and platforms, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Snapchat etc
- Strong command of databases and analytics solutions
- Has to have a good personal online presence
