Title : Regional Sales Manager  Job description :   - The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing LOWKAL sales Pan India & building a sales team to do it on two channels, - Retail & HORECA along with building and managing trade distribution network .  - The primary responsibility is to create awareness of the Brand, Increase sales as per targets con-sensually agreed upon and to build mind share in customer/consumer.  Roles :  As Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :  - Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to optimize pricing and distribution among other opportunities  - Aggregate Sales planning by geographic locations, by channel/sector, by product.  - Drawing the sales targets by geographic state, by product, by channel and assigning responsibility to individuals, support requirement estimation  - Evolving the process for controlling the daily sales, managing the staff and their individual performance, their reporting Systems, defining the productivity ratio.  - Controlling the utility & usage of collateral materials and an update of the existing status & measuring of the effectiveness of ATL & BTL activities.  - Evolving the distribution policies/methods, control of distribution costs, establish store auditing systems.  - Updating the current receivable situation, evolving the new credit policy and transition to the new system. Daily monitoring of receivables and its age analysis.
