Job description :  As the Talent Acquisition IT manager for India, you will lead a team of recruiters specializing in hiring technology talent @ Lowe's India.. You should have strong technology and industry knowledge. You should be metrics driven and be able to drive results with the team. You will foster a collaborative team environment.  Responsibilities :  - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for the IT organization.  - Ability to build strategy around sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage hiring manager / stakeholder expectations  - Strong technology knowledge  - Coach team in conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates  - Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience  - Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events  - Use metrics to identify areas of improvement  - Contribute to building and retaining a top notch recruiting team  - Build strong relationships with business leaders  - Be apprised of talent trends and generate next generation talent pipelines  - Be a strategic partner - coach and consult hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Source and attract the best talent with innovative strategies, market intelligence, assessment and selection  Requirements :  - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding  - Experience building and leading a recruiting team  - Understanding of selection methods and techniques  - Proficient in the use of social media and job boards  - Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases  - Demonstrates critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills  - Communicate effectively in all mediums, demonstrates a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization  - Able to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact hiring issues  - Proven collaboration skills and interpersonal capability  - Excellent communication, business engagement, teamwork and problem solving skills  - Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment  - Expertise in Excel & Powerpoint  Preferences :  - Degree in Human Resources  - Proven experience working with business in an advisory role  - 12+ years of experience
