Responsibilities

- Lead copywriting efforts for all brand and marketing communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging tone of voice.

- Develop high-converting in-app communication (push notifications, banners, and tooltips) to enhance user engagement.

- Write and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase open rates and conversions.

- Create SEO-driven landing page content that aligns with brand messaging and conversion goals.

- Drive social media content strategy, writing attention-grabbing posts, ad copies, captions, and campaign narratives.

- Collaborate with designers and marketers to conceptualize and execute campaigns across digital platforms.

- Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to boost engagement across channels.

- Analyze copy performance through A/B testing and optimize messaging for better results.

- Stay ahead of content trends, social media algorithms, and consumer behavior shifts to inform content strategies.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand communications.

- Proven expertise in writing for B2C brands, e-commerce, or digital-first businesses.

- Strong understanding of user engagement, social media trends, and conversion-driven content.

- Ability to craft both short-form and long-form content that captivates and converts.

- Experience collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.

- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
