Area Sales Manager (Society Activation Experience Mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with society chairpersons to secure approvals for BTL activities.
- Conduct extensive fieldwork to gather insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local shop owners and other stakeholders.
- Train and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective campaign execution.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand LoveLocal's market presence.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BTL marketing with substantial fieldwork exposure.
- Established relationships with chairpersons of high-end societies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting sales performance metrics.
