Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: V.P. Sales
Division: Corporate
CTC : Rs. 5-7 Lakhs
Experience : 4 - 6 yrs in handling sales and BD for key accounts and channels.
JOB PURPOSE:
The role incumbent will be responsible for Business Development & Sales activities for his key accounts/segments. To assess the customer requirements and maximise the sales in each assigned account. Continuously identify and develop new accounts by making cold calls and getting repeat business. Must show proper sales funnel planning in order to meet sales targets.

TASKS / MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Relationship Management - Actively engage with the customer to understand their requirements and future growth plans
- Plan for business growth, by proactively assessing the customer requirements and their future growth plan
- Engage with the customers and coordinate internally to answer all the queries. Ability to assess the customers- requirements and convince him for regular business.
2. Collections & New Business Development - Responsible for collections to ensure on time revenue collection with minimal ageing and bad debts
- Actively identify new business opportunities and seek orders from them to enhance revenues and ensure target achievement.
3. Distribution management - Set up channels for distribution and monitor their performance
- Develop multi tier channels - master distributor, distributor and retail and monitor their performance
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of diesel generators and energy conservation
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering science or graduate.
EXPERIENCE
- 4 - 6 yrs experience in handling sales and business development for key accounts and/ or channels.
