Role Overview:

As a Social Media & Content Manager, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative social media campaigns while managing high-quality content production. This role demands someone who is not only creative but also strategic, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a proven ability to engage U.S. audiences. Experience in working with a digital marketing agency and a diverse portfolio of clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.

- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand posting and engagement.

- Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts to build community and brand loyalty.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

Content Creation & Management:

- Plan, create, and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.

- Write, edit, and optimize content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns with a focus on SEO.

- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce compelling visuals and videos.

- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize its reach and impact.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and content initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to optimize content strategies.

Client Management:

- Work directly with U.S.-based clients to understand their goals and tailor strategies to meet their unique needs.

- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable results.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, paid media, and SEO, to align social and content strategies with broader marketing goals.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies to keep strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in a digital marketing agency.

- Proven track record of managing U.S. clients and delivering measurable results.

- Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, including algorithm updates and best practices.

- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone of voice.

- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and social media analytics platforms.

- Ability to create and interpret data-driven reports to inform decision-making.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
