Google Ads Campaign Strategy & Management:

- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive client performance and achieve business objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, structuring, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and create tailored ad copy for maximum engagement and conversions.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to improve ROI.

- Use Google Analytics and other internal tools to track key metrics, derive actionable insights, and report campaign performance to stakeholders.

- Continuously perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to optimize for performance.

Budget Management:

- Oversee campaign budgets and optimize ad spend to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximized return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Forecast and manage spending across Google Ads campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate results, recommendations, and insights to clients, ensuring their goals are met while managing expectations.

- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.

Google Ads Best Practices & Compliance:

- Ensure all campaigns follow Google Ads best practices and adhere to platform guidelines.

- Stay up to date with Google Ads product changes and trends to leverage new features and innovations for performance improvement.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with creative teams to optimize ad copy and landing page elements for improved conversion rates.

- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign results.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices within Google Ads and search engine marketing.

- Explore new opportunities for automation and optimization within Google Ads to drive efficiency.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a significant part of that spent scaling startups or working in high-impact Digital Marketing agencies.

Proven Track Record: Clear examples of leading campaigns that hit 3X+ ROAS and contributions to growth milestones exceeding $100 million in revenue.

Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate marketing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Technical Mastery: Expertise in the full suite of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a knack for learning and adapting quickly.
