Job Title: Growth Manager - HR

Location: India Remote

Job Summary:

- As the Growth Manager - HR, you will play a pivotal role in managing our talent acquisition and HR operations.


- You will focus on scaling our HR functions to align with business growth while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR, particularly in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partner roles, and bring strong analytical and strategic thinking to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive talent acquisition strategies to ensure the recruitment of top talent that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

- Partner with business units as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to identify HR needs, deliver solutions, and foster talent development.

- Develop and execute HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and growth.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Oversee the internship programs and ensure they are in line with organizational needs and development goals.

- Manage HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

- Support leadership in developing succession planning and talent pipelines.

- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.

- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from IIM, XLRI, or a top B- school.

- 2- 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or internships in the HR domain.

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, employee lifecycle management, and performance management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

- Experience in managing HR projects and initiatives to drive growth and organizational development.
