Lotus Interworks - Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools. The ideal candidate is an automation expert, problem solver, and proactive thinker who can work independently to optimize data workflows, build interactive dashboards, and drive business insights.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of analytical projects, and deliver high-quality solutions without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Google Sheets Automation & Optimization - Implement advanced formulas, array functions, and Google Apps Script for automating workflows.

- Advanced Excel Expertise - Leverage Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA, Dynamic Arrays, and Advanced Charts to streamline reporting. Strong understanding of INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT functions, INDIRECT, OFFSET, ARRAY formulas, and dynamic named ranges.

- SQL & Data Extraction - Query databases to extract, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data.

- BI Dashboard Development - Design interactive dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to visualize key metrics.

- Data Cleaning & Transformation - Use QUERY(), IMPORT functions, ETL techniques, and automation to maintain data integrity.

- KPI Tracking & Business Insights - Analyze trends, create actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to optimize business workflows.

- Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide clear insights.
