Job Description:

Reporting to the head of retail operations, you will be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing the security and loss prevention strategy.

- Driving audits to ensure that losses are kept at a minimal level.

- Designing safety and security procedures for all stores and warehouses.

- Detecting and addressing any discrepancies/pilferage for key metrics.

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will:

- Come with at least 5 years of experience managing loss prevention/security measures in a retail set up.

- Have strong team and people management skills.

- Come with a track record of driving business outcomes with by taking ownership of processes and deliverables.
