Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales strategy and budgets to achieve and exceed the annual sales objective for the region
- Monitor and control the sales budgets to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region
- Devise Brand: SKU and channel wise sales and distribution strategy to achieve sales objectives
- Monitor the capability and the quality of the distributor in the region. Enhance the distribution strength
- Drive manpower and capability development plans for both direct and indirect sales force
- Conduct regular market visits to understand and assess the market execution; competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase the sales
- Implement trade promotions and ensure rigorous tracking and evaluation of trade spending
- Ensure regular performance reviews and drive a high-performance culture
- Build talent and motivate the sales team
