- We have a suitable opportunity in L'Oreal India for the position of Manager - Key Accounts (Modern Trade - Selective). In this role you would be responsible for building strong relationships with select key clients, building and executing best-in-class brand expressions and win-win Joint Business Plans across O+O spectrum.

- You should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in Makeup/Personal Care category) with atleast 2 years of experience in handling Key Accounts for Modern Trade channel. The location of the job will be Mumbai.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- To build a strong relationship with the Key Accounts handled & thus deliver both Sell-in & Sell-out targets for the cluster.

- Build a Joint-business-plan with the accounts with the right business, category and shopper goals. To understand the P&L and drive results keeping the P&L objectives in mind.

- Work closely with internal teams like Supply Chain, Business development, Training & Marketing to ensure a customer-centric account planning process, apart from multiple points of interaction with field teams to drive perfect in-store execution.

- To track & action key KPIs on periodic basis like Market shares, Growth parameters at Brand and Store level, organic & inorganic growth, mix & input management & New launch performance. Drive regular joint-reviews & connects with the customers across all key business, finance, supply chain and shopper metrics.

- To leverage effective Post-Event Analytics to manage efficient mix & business inputs.

- Build rich customer, category & shopper intelligence and network with key customer stakeholders to achieve desired objectives.
