We have a suitable opportunity for the position of Advocacy & Influencer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to handle consumer engagement and connection to the consumers through external stakeholder- i.e. media and influencer through social and online channels. You will be responsible for developing content through influencers/makeup artists and providing this content and assets to the customer teams. You should know the content, channels and communities which resonate most strongly with the brands consumers. A significant part of this role is to own the relationships with influencers and media. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusing external stakeholders (online and print journalists, as well as influencers) about products within brand.
- Identifying new streams of media, both online and print.
- Identifying new influencers across spectrum of tiers & working directly with all influencers and their agents:
- Owning the relationships with influencers
- Allocation and execution of budget for influencer marketing
- Submitting products to influencers for ratings/reviews
- Reporting on monthly buzz analytics
- Sending out PR and blogger send-outs and creative mailers
- Managing content across all touchpoints
- Capturing, selecting and approving user generated content to be shared/published by L'Oreal and ensuring a harmonious tone of voice across the total brand
- Creating organic campaign posts
- Developing understanding of consumers and Shoppers through social engagement, media & analytics.
- Building and executing the annual PR plan leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty through influencer marketing and editorial content and partnerships.
- Direct the development and execution of the L'Oreal editorial calendar (social and PR) to up weight brand engagement and influence positive branded social discussions
- Own relationship with Global Communications and Influencer DMI teams
- Lead and manage external event and production agencies
- Lead and manage spokesmodel and partner relationships
- Own all PR & Media relationships
- Develop topline strategy for Influencer Marketing and own relationship with all influencers
- Identify opportunities for further maximizing social reach and propose roll-out for the division
- Accountable for PR budget in the PPP
Key Deliverables:
Delivering influencer and content campaign:
- Identifying content partnership opportunities with media and influencers
- Building out concept, story, objectives, budget and KPIs relating to influencer and media content partnerships
- Requesting early products from Marketing for influencer and media send outs
- Undertaking the competition review with regards to influencer recent projects to identify most relevant and engaging partnerships
- Working closely with Marketing to identify image usage and periods across a spectrum of channel
- Understanding ROI and the effectiveness of influencer spend and activity and owning the budget related to these key partners
- Affiliate marketing to drive traffic to online platforms with clear ROI
Managing influencers:
- Identifying brand relevant influencers
- Developing brand category strategy for Influencer Marketing and execute a content strategy to engage them
- Leading on the delivery of influencer events for category
- Developing all briefs, contracts and storyboards for influencer driven campaigns
- Reporting back to and managing influencer agencies
Developing all Comms. led activity:
- Ensuring consistent tone of voice across all communications with digital and print media
- Communicating all product and brand activity with media partners
- Conceptualize, develop and execute both major and boutique driven PR events
- Developing all product send outs for media and influencers
- Ordering relevant products for media and influencers
Managing Social of Local brand makeup directors:
- Managing local brand makeup directors
- Managing and monitoring makeup director media activity
- Managing makeup director influencer collaborations
- Seeking out opportunities for local brand makeup directors to lead beauty shoots
- Managing retailer partnerships with our makeup director
- Manage tone of voice on makeup director social media accounts
Analysis & Reporting:
- Content partnership and influencer campaign performance reporting
- Post-event reporting
- Monthly reporting on social, digital and print KPIs driven by PR activity and influencer partnerships
- Develops day-to-day opportunities to analyse consumer insights & data through the use of social listening tools as well as market insights reporting through to consumer team
- Understanding ROI and effectiveness of influencer content investment and activity
Supporting key meeting:
- Providing input for Zone Meetings and Jean Paul Agon Meeting. Attend where relevant
- Providing inputs to launch decks for Zone/DMI
- Supplying relevant data and communications brand led activities to marketing teams prior to Brand Review

- Image usage rights for social and e-commerce
