Loop is one of the leading subscription management apps on Shopify helping D2C merchants to build the best subscription experience. Loop's all in one subscription management suite helps merchants to sell, manage and retain subscriptions and thus helping them to achieve the highest possible customer lifetime value.

Since our inception in Oct, 2021 we have been able to consistently grow (profitably) with a very lean team. During this time, we also raised a $2Mn seed round from THE BEST angel investors in US / India like x, Varsha Rao, Alexander Erikstrup, Ed Hallen & founders of SaaS / software companies.

With an exceptional 0 to 1 journey, we are all set to move into the growth phase of the company and are looking to add exceptional talent across all verticals in the company.

KRA's:

1. Set-up performance evaluation cadences for individuals and functions on Q basis

2. Act as performance coach for individuals via regular 1:1s (Wendy Rhoades from Billions)

3. Do hiring as and when needed for specific functions

4. Own team engagement activities

5. Exposure in doing Salary Negotiation for Senior People which has ESOP component

Skills:

1. Exceptional emotional intelligence with a profound ability to establish strong connections with people.

2. Extensive background and exposure in implementing OKR and performance-based systems.

3. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills, particularly in working with senior professionals for appraisals and target-setting.

4. Previous experience in HR Operations, including expertise in policies, salary administration, and employee engagement.

5. Proven track record in managing teams across diverse regions, showcasing effective cross-cultural leadership.

6. Valuable exposure to finance and legal functions, adding a significant advantage to the skill set.
