We are a team of 35 people and we are looking for a people lead to own everything related to people - hiring, engagement, productivity and employee NPS.
- Someone who has high EQ; is mature and and thinks from other peoples perspective. In a day-day numbers game - this person should be able to weigh-in with people's perspective.
- Someone who has owned or implemented people engagement, performance, people growth related projects in their past role.
- We aren't people heavy organization so a lot of the standard templates around team engagement won't work in our case - we are looking for someone who can invest in 1:1 relationships.
Goes without saying, people Engagement is more then Rangoli; Diwali Party, Amazon Gift Cards, team off-sites.

KRA's:
1. Set-up performance evaluation cadences for individuals and functions on Q basis
2. Act as performance coach for individuals via regular 1:1s
3. Do hiring as and when needed for specific functions
4. Own team engagement activities
Skills:
1. Exceptional emotional intelligence with a profound ability to establish strong connections with people.
2. Extensive background and exposure in implementing OKR and performance-based systems.
3. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills, particularly in working with senior professionals for appraisals and target-setting.
4. Previous experience in HR Operations, including expertise in policies, salary administration, and employee engagement.
5. Proven track record in managing teams across diverse regions, showcasing effective cross-cultural leadership.
6. Valuable exposure to finance and legal functions, adding a significant advantage to the skill set.
