Senior Product Manager

About The Role:

The Loop Health product team is looking for senior product managers for our enterprise and insurance platform teams. Reporting to the Head of Product, You'll be responsible for creating the strategy and execution of our product roadmap. You'll be responsible for driving company-wide vision, strategy, and road mapping for our platform, and enterprise products leading through direct and indirect teams from product exploration to delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Responsible our internal insurance enablement and enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmaps

- Scope product requirements to build and maintain a resilient roadmap

- Enabling new insurance experiences that seamlessly integrate through all parts of the insurance journey for enterprises and employees

- Work with our teams to gather customer insights to drive solutions based on their needs, and develop solutions to solve them

- Go above and beyond what we currently have, and take Loop's product experiences to new levels of delight

- Organise and communicate complexity into an actionable strategy to focus Loop's efforts forward

- Bring clarity and decisiveness in the face of a wide variety of opinions and inputs, from data to business needs

- Identify amp; execute key KPIs for measuring product and portfolio success

- Have an outcome-focused approach that ensures that our premium products are successful at standing out as a market leader

- Have an iterative mindset, and are obsessed with continuous product improvement based on feedback, and manage a varied portfolio of small, medium, and large releases

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of previous PM experience at a fast paced start-up

- Experience developing a technical or feature-rich software platforms / internal tools

- Background in building insurance, fin-tech products is a plus

- Technical aptitude and comfort with the internal workings of software products

- Shaped a product roadmap based on competing priorities from Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders

- Technical and commercial skills to make informed tradeoffs about what to build

- Strong UI/UX product sense

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
