Job Overview :

- The Growth Strategy Manager will report directly to the founders and help Loop shape an unbeatable marketing and sales organization.

- Will be responsible for being on top of all metrics related to sales and marketing, as well as spearheading new initiatives that accelerate growth.

- This individual should have at least 8 years of experience in operations, growth, or analytics, preferably at a venture backed company or top-tier consulting firm.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop Loop's winning go-to-market strategy, driving better marketing performance and accelerating sales efforts

- Present directly to the founders and executive leadership each week, reporting on performance for the entire growth organization

- Define new business development playbooks across key verticals and regions

- Partner with marketing to launch and refine an account-based marketing strategy

- Support sales leadership through all stages to help win new business, retain existing clients and/or cross-sell/up-sell existing business

- Identify improvements areas for sales by drilling into the details

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in operations, growth, or analytics, preferably at a venture backed company or top-tier consulting firm

- A track record of success in growth-focused roles or projects

- Grit, hustle, desire, and a "get-it-done" attitude; strong comfort with a growth-stage startup environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to analyze data yourself by writing SQL queries and using data analysis tools

- High-level proficiency in Excel
