About the Role
As the Lead Product Management for Healthcare, you will lead the product strategy and development of our consumer healthcare platform, which enables users to book primary care consults, book lab tests, order medicine, and access their health insurance cards. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle and be responsible for delivering a user-focused, scalable, and innovative product that enhances the consumer healthcare experience. In this senior leadership role, you will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute a product vision that aligns with our strategic goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead the product management function, including setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the healthcare platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives innovation and excellence.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient product development process from concept to launch.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, iteration, and scaling, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- Present product strategies, updates, and outcomes to the executive team and other stakeholders, clearly communicating the vision, goals, and impact of product initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches, working with marketing and customer success teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of new features.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare and digital health, applying this knowledge to inform product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer-facing healthcare products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and user needs, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing product teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex product strategies to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- A collaborative and adaptable leader with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
