Job Description:

Job Purpose:

- Build Vertical for Lithium Battery (ESS)

- Develop network of EPC partners/Distributors/Bidders in Tenders

- Drive Topline revenue, profitability, and market share of Inverter

What we need:

- Channel Sales Management, Distribution Network, and EPC Handling

- Extensive experience in developing customers in the C&I Segment

- Ability to network with large EPC customers

- Build business for various applications like Telecom, UPS, Home ESS, Railways, Data Centers, etc.

- Understand the competition analysis within the segment

- Trustworthy and hardworking, willing to learn new tools and concepts

Qualifications:

- Preferred Diploma/BE-Electrical Engineer Candidate with 7-10 years' experience in the Solar Industry

- Preference will be given to working experience in Rooftop Solar

- Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi

- An attitude to get things done, willing to work a minimum of 3 years
