Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing Lookup's business in a geographical area in the city
- Managing the team for acquisition of clients and end-to-end relationship with clients including pitching, negotiations, contracts and trouble shooting.
- Hiring and retaining team members for the area.
- Training and mentoring of individuals to ensure their individual growth.
- Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.
- Allocating targets to the team.
- Maintain reports and records for the area in terms of performance of each individual and the business of the area as a whole.
- Ensuring quality and consistency in product sales and merchant marketing
- Ensuring excellence and maintenance of best industry standards in overall operations of the city.
- Acquiring and managing key critical accounts/chains for Lookup
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior team leading experience is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving revenue targets.
- Good business judgement, detail-oriented and ability to multi task and take ownership of the business in a start-up environment.
