What is the role?

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR Team and help us grow our Engineering teams.

Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

What you'll do?

1. Writing and posting technical job descriptions

2. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github and LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri & Angel.co

3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities

5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

6. Coordinate with Engineering lead to forecast department goals and hiring needs

7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

8. Onboard new hires

9. Promote company's reputation as a great place to work

10. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

How do you qualify?

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in HR or Management.

2. Graduate from premier Tier-I college (Preferred, but not mandatory).

3. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

4. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

5. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

7. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Must-haves:

1. Crave towards perfection and hunger to spot inefficiencies and improve broken processes.

2. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in to help wherever and whenever needed.

3. Willing to work at varying schedule that includes nights and weekends (very rare).

4. Able to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
