Loktantra Mediatech is a start-up in the social media space that plans to tap the true potential of the vast Social Network through conversations. Currently, the social media space is filled with platforms from the 1st Generation products that primarily aimed at creating Social Networks through sharing of Status and Comments. Essentially, they were meant for limited networking and not full-fledged, in-depth, time-bound, focused, meaningful and moderated conversations.

We are looking for team members who have expertise in their domain, have a positive attitude brimming with energy, understand and respect the social media space and are willing to dedicate themselves with us for a minimum of one-year, and through their endeavors bring millions of Indians onboard for various kinds of enriching conversations.

Responsibilities :

- Incumbent will be responsible for talent acquisition across verticals - Technology, Digital Marketing, Support functions & Content teams

- Onboarding employees on Zoho People platform

- Manage admin person - responsible for travel / hotel bookings, stationery, admin coordination

- Inducting new staff

- Provide payroll inputs

- Manage Employee life cycle - joining documentation, reference check, offer letter issuance, appointment letter issuance, Confirmations, F & F etc

- Campus engagement

- Stakeholder management

- Employee grievances management

Salary offered: 12-15LPA
