Role : Manager - Social Media Marketing Product : Lokmat.com (Web, Mobile Web, Mobile App, Facebook Communities, Instagram) Language : Marathi - The digital marketing unit is the key driver for audience growth on Lokmat.com and community building on key social media platforms. - This role, reporting into the AGM Digital Marketing, is responsible to deliver traffic (earned and paid) on Lokmat.com through various social media channels, build relevant communities, develop and execute social media marketing plans, collaborate with creative team to develop social content, prepare performance reports and share critical insights along with key action standards. 1. Build, plan and implement the overall social media marketing strategy for Lokmat.com 2. Design monthly growth plans basis calendar of events and editorial plan, to deliver set targets 3. Set up, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for Lokmat.com. Manage digital marketing budgets 4. Manage all social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Helo and Sharechat 5. At the operational level, be the first point of contact with various social media companies and build engagement with the key stake holders there to better outcomes 6. Develop social media friendly content, specific to the platform and closely monitor performance on a daily basis 7. Monitor news and entertainment trends on Google and various social media platforms 8. Collaborate with editorial team to create content (news articles, photo galleries and videos) around breaking and trending news 9. Basis analytics, share key consumption trends with various stakeholders which includes management, editorial and marketing teams 10. Closely monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement MUST TO HAVE - Preferred Qualification BBM/MBA, preferably from a management institute of repute - 4-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing social media marketing plans, preferably in the online news and entertainment space - Well versed with key features, tools and interfaces within various social media platforms - 3+ years of hands on experience in Facebook &amp; Instagram marketing, Facebook analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hoot Suit and Google Analytics - Possess good aesthetic sense, with the ability to deliver social media-friendly content basis key trends to drive views, clicks and engagement.
