- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management.

- Have worked closely with the content strategy & creation teams.
- Highly analytical and good in hands on data analysis.
End-to-End Product Ownership:
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the edutainment platform GyanTV.
- Define product goals aligned with business objectives, focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Content Strategy Integration:
- Work closely with the Content Strategy Lead to align platform features with content priorities.
- Integrate tools and features that support content discovery, creator onboarding, and AI-driven content production.
- Ensure seamless content moderation workflows and high-quality delivery of videos.
User-Centric Product Design:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of our tier-2 vernacular audience in India.
- Design an intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experience for consuming byte-sized learning content.
- Prioritize features like offline learning, personalized recommendations, and gamification to enhance user engagement.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful product features.
- Guide internal and external creators, agencies, and AI-driven content tools to produce and deliver platform-ready content.
- Ensure alignment across teams to achieve key metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Define and track product success metrics, including user engagement, content consumption, and creator performance.
- Use data insights to iteratively improve product features and inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor competitor platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others to identify trends and opportunities.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate budgets effectively across high-quality creators, agencies, internal creators, and AI-driven content production.
- Ensure resource utilization aligns with business goals such as engagement, revenue, and repeat usage.
