- Build and Support marketing objectives of the organization

Qualifications And Experience:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute (Specialization in Marketing)

- 9+ years of marketing experience

- Experience in preferably luxury brand marketing and online & offline marketing

Knowledge, Skill And Attitude:

- Strong business orientation & strategy development

- Sound understanding & proven experience in Marketing concepts & positioning

- Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships

- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse creative employees

- Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution

- Expertise in digital & on-line strategy

- Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.

- Good financial and budgeting skill

- High energy, bubbling with ideas, enjoys being hands-on

- Aptitude to bring about a revolution in the luxury / real estate industry

- Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition

- Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels

- Experience in running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google Search, Display, Affiliates

- Should have obsessive focus on clearly measurable RO

- Exceptional communicator, speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly

- Ability to be autonomously productive in an unstructured environment with little oversight from senior management

- Comfortable with structuring and conducting quantitative analysis to develop data driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders
