LogixHealth - Assistant General Manager - Medical Coding

JD: Assistant General Manager - Medical Coding (ED Experience is a Plus)

- Minimum 13+ years of experience in Medical Coding (ED and EM Specialty Preferred)

- Capable of handling a team size minimum of 80 to maximum of 100 members.

- Excellent understanding of ICD 10-CM, inpatient and outpatient coding guidelines.

- Check all coding related dashboards and reports and ensure the team is completing all the outstanding charts in a timely manner.

- Conduct a review of medical records to ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines and governmental requirements.

- Provide written reports to Managers with results of the auditor findings. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Should have a clear understanding of capacity/ resource planning vs. forecasted workload with the clients and effective resource utilization.

- Willing to WFO & Flexible on Rosters
