Responsibilities:

- This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes for the transportation, storage, and distribution of chemical products.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution skills to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods while complying with industry regulations and safety standards.

- Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and storage of chemicals.

- Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, inventory management.

- Collaborate with suppliers and other external partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues.

- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Maintain compliance with local and international regulations governing the transportation and storage of chemicals.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure smooth logistics operations.

- System adherence, SAP

- Training & development to subordinates- safety training, logistics operation training, SAP training etc.
