Logistic Manager ( Modern Trade ) -- National Role -- MNC Personal Care Major

- Responsible for Modern Trade Distribution - Pan India Level

- Supply Chain Strategy & Design

- Responsible for end to end cost based validation of Supply Chain strategic principles for Inventory Deployment

- Transportation costing, Distribution Center , CFA design and operations

- Develop the optimization model & Access to recommend the most cost optimal distribution network
Operations & Business Process Development

- Create end to end business processes for handling all products

- Implement the mentioned end to end business process in SAP

- Implement Retail best practices of Flow Through, Cross Dock and Batch Picking

- Provide training, resolved critical operational issues and give on site support during DC commencement

- Inventory Modeling

- Model the maximum inventory and safety stock for SKUs at DC considering the store demands, lead time and variability in demand. Enhance the analysis to account for minimum order size (MOQ) and vendor fill rates

- Identify SKUs for Flow Through by analyzing the vendor schedule, MOQ, store inventory levels and demand variability

Batch -- 2006 / 2007 only --- Should have a exposure in Modern Trade distribution handling.
