Logistics Manager - International Market - eCommerce - IIM/IIT/NIT/BITS

We are looking for Manager- US Logistics for an leading eCommerce industry. Its a US Based based organisation. It has featured over 1,500 leading global brands across multiple product categories including apparel, shoes, toys, home and accessories.

Job Location- Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Job Profile : Manager- US Logistics

Required Exp- Min 3 Years of Experience in related field

Job Description :

- Movement andtracking of International shipments.

- Coordination with offshore/domestic partners (Freight Forwader/ Courier Partner/ Trucker) for movement and tracking of merchandise.

- Consolidation in the US

- Movement to different ports based on product category

- Coordination with Clearing Agents for Customs clearance of Import shipments.

- Preparation of Import and clearance documents

- Reconciliation of Ordered vs Sold quantities vs Payments.

- Creating Purchase orders and follow up with vendors for dispatch of merchandise

- Coordination with warehouse for receiving and dispatch of products.

Required Skillset :

Should have experience in international/overseas market.

- Experience in imports/ International supply chain is an added advantage

- Team handling experience is a must

- Willingness to work in a start- up

- Proficient in MS office

- Good written and spoken communication skills are a must

- Process oriented individual who has the ability to multi task and work in a demanding and exponentially growing work environment
