Logistics Manager - EXIM - FMCG/Pharma

Job Summary / Responsibilities

Import / Export / Domestic and Overseas Logistics / Customs

- All activities related to import & export and FSSAI dealing is mandatory.

- Document shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulation.

- Customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local clients.

- Familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments, as well as the company's internal procedures.

- Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.

- Audit documentation in order to keep high quality every month.

- Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations.

- Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.

- Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials.

- Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.

Qualifications & Experience -

Graduate in any discipline with diploma in import/export trade .
