We have an urgent open position for Logistic Supervisor For Doha (Qatar).

Experience in high raising building/Tower works in Doha with immediate joining.

Job Description

- Overview and development of strategic logistics planning processes for successful project development and in delivering “best practice” to meet and exceed client expectations.

- Develop the strategy to improve our client's logistics function - being focused on business, industry and functional consulting.

- Taking part in the development of our logistics offer.

- Develop the implementation plans, methods of organisational changes and their processes required to deliver changes to how Qatar addresses the logistical needs in terms of raw materials, labour requirements, and transportation impacts.

- To develop solutions to complex logistical challenges for an ambitious construction programme.

- To develop and coach staff in their personal and professional development.

- Participating in the success of the business unit by detecting needs, building the “best solution” with the manager, training the CPO Logistic’s Team and the clients in your expertise area.

- Reporting directly to the Departmental Head for Programme Assurance (PA) and deputising when required.

- Training skills and line management responsibility for the Logistics Team.

- Any other responsibilities as delegated by the Departmental Head (PA).

Preferred candidates in Doha with transferable visa & NOC.
